I have heard good things about LibSyn. Don McAllister at ScreencastsOnline uses them.

That’s a real pain in the a**. I presume you have all the MP3’s stored locally, but will you lose all the post content and comments?
Guess that’s why cheap hosting from over-selling resellers isn’t always the way to go 😛
