Last year’s Street Performance World Championships were a great success by all accounts (and it certainly looks to have been a fabulous day out for all the family as well as the performers!).
Talking to Mark and Conor, the organisers, the other day, this year’s SPWC is set to be even better again with world class international acts like Mario, Queen of the Circus performing.

Maybe if they incorporate stages unlike last year where a lot of spectators found it difficult to see anything. We wandered off after barely half an hour unfortunately despite what looked like a good event, well the bits i could make out anyway.

We are currently organising a corporate event in the Cork city area and looking to hire performers for a section of the evening.
As the event have a band playing later in the evening we need something different like dancers or acrobatic performers, something with a ‘wow’ factor. If you could suggest anyone or pass my info on it would be much appreciated.
