My good friend Dennis Howlett set me up with a Blogtronix account this morning (thanks Dennis) however I can’t sign in to it!
I followed the instructions in the automatic email I received from the site. I copied and pasted my username and password but I received the error “Invalid username or password”. Odd, I thought so I tried several variations on the username and password, to no avail.
No problem I figured. I will simply click on the “Forgot your Password” link on the page. Sure enough, about 20 minutes later I received an email with a link to reset my password. Excellent.
However, no matter what password, browser or operating system I tried I received the error “Password- invalid format”. Their support pages are pretty bare so I am stumped.
Anyone else receive this error on Blogtronix (and know how to get around it)?

I was searching the web and I saw your post. Thanks for letting us know about this issue. It would have been better however if you posted this on our support page on blogtronix. I am not sure if our support people would have found your post very easy.
We are working to fix the problem ( I think this is a bug) and will let you know asap once it’s done. I hope that this will be fix later today.

Vassil – this post wasn’t aimed at your support people. I emailed the issue to your support email address – that should have reached your support people.
This post was aimed at everyone else on the web who might have come across this issue to see if they had any resolution to it.
