His terms and conditions grant “Blip.tv a license to distribute that content, either electronically or via other media, to users seeking to download it through the Blip.tv site or for purposes of other services provided by Blip.tv and to display such content on Blip.tv affiliated sites.”
Why not leave it at “a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.â€? as current TOS frontrunner VideoEgg do?
Or what nonelectronic means of distribution are in the pipeline- video flipbooks?
